- Scheduled Transportation on Oak Ridge Bus equipped with lift.
- Laundry facilities.
- Internet available in lobby & first floor den.
- Smoke-free environment.
- individually controlled heat and air conditioning, water, sewer and trash pick up are all included.
- Snow removal and lawn removal.
- Apartment utilities excluding electric, phone, cable & internet.
- One, One +Den or Two-Bedroom apartment homes
